Atlas CRM integrates seamlessly with other Atlassian tools. And the way it maintains user profiles even when someone's offline is pretty useful. Overall its a great solution that I would definitely recommend to others.
Cons
Getting used to this can take some time and let me tell you that it is definitely not a lightweight solution.
