It is a complete package

Pros

Bizstim Business Management CRM brings together so many functions in one place such as customer management, financial tracking, programming, products and services, accounting and billing even human resources. Also the API integration is really handy since it works with platforms like PayPal, Stripe and WordPress and even connects with desktop apps like Excel and Quickbooks. What I find outstanding is how customizable it is as you can add your companys branding and colors, insert login forms and give customers the ability to access their self-service accounts remotely from your website to book appointments, make payments online, check availability and review there contact and payment history. For everything this tool offers, the pricing is extremely competitive which makes it really attractive when your considering a purchase.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed is the trial period could be longer though I realize other similar platforms offer even shorter trials. I need to monitor how the software performs over an extended period to really evaluate it.

Exactly what we needed to transform operations

Pros

This has become our go to solution for administrative staff, employees and clients alike. After researching numerous software systems the decision was pretty easy to make as it offered capabilities and customization options that other alternatives simply lacked. What really stood out was having multiple team members participate in one on one calls with their support representative, developer and owner. The level of care and concern they show for clients is truly unmatched.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about it so far. Do not think you would regret going with this solution.
