Pros
With QLM Sales the integration with our existing CRM system was seamless, which was a huge relief for us. Moreover the reporting tools are quite detailed which allows us to track our sales pipeline excellently. The user interface is also intuitive which makes it easy for our team to get up to speed without extensive training. Also we like the customizable dashboards that help us tailor the software to our specific needs.
Cons
The major problem is that it works a bit slow at times when generating large reports. Also it can be overwhelming for new users at times.
