“I have used a bunch but this one tops the list”
Pros
Tracking my business is not a problem anymore with this CRM. Also there are so many powerful tools to explore the data and plus I get access to the API which allows me to view the data in whatever way suits me best. And the team at TLD is always quick to assist with any questions, help us troubleshoot and build custom reports when needed. They constantly add new features based on our requests. Besides the reporting side, the dialer functionality and the ability to track agents calls are also quite helpful.
Cons
I have had no complaints at all. Anytime I have run into an issue or needed help, they have been quick to resolve it. I can usually message them and get a response within minutes.

“Finally found the one that gets everything right”
Pros
The 24/7 live support is unmatched for dialer systems. TLD offers a complete contact center solution with the lead developer always available for any issue, big or small. Also I can easily contact them via Slack for everything from simple questions to complex system customization requests. This level of customer service is essential in the call center industry where every second counts and most of the time, our concerns are handled directly by the system's lead architect.
Cons
There are a few minor issues but the only one I can think of is that the telephony side of the system, Vici can sometimes limit certain features.
