BestNotes is a great documentation service!

November 2022

Richard

Law Enforcement

Pros:
BestNotes offers several benefits that make it an excellent documentation service. The program's template development and usage is simple, and it's easier to make any adjustments compared to other programs used in the past. As part of our case management, community service, and counseling notes, we often need to modify these templates, and BestNotes' support team has always been helpful in such cases.
Cons:
While there aren't many downsides to BestNotes, one improvement I would like to see is the option to remove pre-populated forms, such as those that document income and insurance, which we don't need. However, I believe that technical support might be able to assist with this issue.

Pros:
The software provides several features including Billing, a Meaningful Use dashboard, Reports, and customizable Encounter plans and order sets
Cons:
I would like to request improvements in customer service and availability. Also, could you please make charting for one provider require fewer clicks? Currently, the process for completing a pre-op visit is excessive. Lastly, I prefer a better dashboard.
