ChartsPro EHR is an ONC-certified cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system. The software's primary features include electronic charting, e-prescribing, lab integration, scheduling, encrypted messaging, customizable templates, and patient health records. It offers 13 specialty-specific EHR modules for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Rheumatology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. Besides, the solution facilitates communication between physicians, staff, and nurses and allows users to upload multiple records in the system.
The platform supports integration with multiple mobile applications, such as iCheckIn (for patient check-in), iRx (for e-prescribing), and iPHR (for viewing patient health records). ChartsPro is currently being utilized by healthcare practices with over 60 medical specialties. It additionally comes with a Care Connector toolbox that provides patients with automated patient reminders and preventive care alerts. The software’s interface is equipped with all the functionalities to enable users to pull out pharmacy information, charts, and other patient-related data. It also provides users with a custom dashboard.

Pros
I had a great EHR experience with Medical Practice software. It has customizable features which are responsive to the need. Data Management is quite great. Updates are automatically installed which saves a lot of time.
Cons
The learning process takes a bit of time due to an incomplete training program. Other than that, the tech staff and customer services are quite good.
