Efficient documentation but needs more EHR integration

Pros

What I really like about it is how it allows me to pull information from previous visits with the same patient and automatically incorporate it into the patient summary and current notes. That feature alone makes documentation much more efficient. Another feature I enjoy is the Push EHR option which lets me send my notes directly into the patient chart without extra steps. I am also a big fan of the clinician assistant which allows me to ask clinical questions that help guide conversations with patients. All of these features make my work much easier and allow me to focus more on the patient instead of the computer. It also helps improve my work-life balance because I spend less time finishing charts after clinic hours.

Cons

one thing I would really like to see is more integration with my EHR system. For example, it would be great if telehealth or virtual visit links could connect directly within it so everything stays in one place. I also think it would be helpful if the system could automatically capture patient demographics and send wellness summaries directly to patients after their visit. Features like these would make the workflow even smoother.

very helpful multilingual feature

Pros

One feature I truly appreciate is it's multilingual capability. I work with many Spanish-speaking patients and the system does a great job capturing what they say. Sometimes it even catches small details that might get missed during translation or that a human interpreter may not hear clearly. That becomes very helpful when I review the notes later. I also like how easy the system is to use especially with the built-in templates that can be customized to match my workflow. Setting everything up was simple and I can personalize my notes the way I prefer. I even like that I can add vitals just by speaking them out loud. it generates concise notes and detailed after-visit summaries which makes documentation much easier for me. In my experience the notes are often more accurate than the AI features built into some other systems.

Cons

it does offer a one-click EHR integration through a Chrome extension which is convenient when it works. However I have noticed that it does not support every EHR system. In those cases, I still have to manually copy and paste the notes into my charting system which adds an extra step to the process.

game changer solution

Pros

it lets me focus completely on patient care while it handles the chart notes. Instead of typing during the visit, I can stay engaged with the patient while the system captures the information. On average, I save about 10-15 minutes of charting per patient which is a huge difference during a busy day. That extra time means I can provide better care and still finish my charts on time. In fact, I am often able to leave the office at 5:00 pm with all my charts signed which feels amazing. The implementation process was very simple and now I use it every single day in my primary care practice.

Cons

honestly... my biggest thought is simply wishing that this technology had existed earlier in my career. It would have saved me countless hours of charting and documentation over the years.
