Gives really useful visibility into third-party risks which makes it much easier to make informed decisions and plan mitigation strategies with confidence.
Cons
Something missing is a self-hosted version of the product which would be a valuable option to have.

Pros
I really enjoy how interconnected everything is in this software. From emails to phone numbers, and even identifying potential family members through registration details, it's all seamlessly linked. I appreciate the convenience of accessing a patient's chart and immediately emailing or texting them, with records of all our conversations stored.
Cons
I find it inconvenient that there's no "back" button. Adjusting to this program has been challenging because I can't navigate back to the previous screen easily. It took me some time to realize that I always need to check the upper right corner for the patient's name to confirm their identity.

Pros
After using Dentrix for over a decade, I switched to iDentalSoft and it has surpassed all my expectations. It's incredibly intuitive and the customer service is exceptional. They promptly address any concerns I have. The software includes fantastic features like appointment reminders, reviews, and iChat all in one place.
Cons
