“Mac Practice MD”
Pros
I've been with this company for 10 years. The previous management was not open to improving the product, so it was purchased by Valsoft. The software is simple to use, with the best graphics in the industry. It has never gone down, being server-based. Their customer service is top-notch; you can create a ticket or call directly. A service rep usually calls back within half an hour, and for urgent problems, you get connected immediately. The platform is Apple, and the iPad apps are exceptional.
Cons
Sadly, the software is significantly behind other software due to the different reasons. If they were up to industry standards, this product would be number one in the country.
