Custom forms make patient check-in easier

Pros

I really like that I can create forms that fit the exact needs of my practice. Being able to collect this information before the patient even arrives makes a big difference. It helps make the check-in process much smoother for both the patient and our office staff.

Cons

one thing I'd really like to see is the ability to respond directly to a patient once they complete their paperwork especially if we need additional information from them. It would also be very helpful if patients could attach their medication list directly to the paperwork instead of us having to collect that information separately.

easy integration but portal workflow messy

Pros

once we finished creating the forms, the integration process was actually quite easy. Everything connected smoothly and we were able to start using it without much trouble.

Cons

what I did not like was having to use another portal just to send and transfer our electronic forms. The process involved copying and pasting a link into another portal and then moving it into our software which felt tedious and inefficient. On top of that, we ran into errors with the forms often enough that it eventually pushed us to start looking for another electronic forms solution that could integrate better with our existing system.

friendly forms with rigid field limits

Pros

I also appreciate how nice and user friendly the interface is. it includes tutorials for almost everything inside the software which makes training the team much easier. It also helps when we need to implement changes. the form submission process works well and the syncing has been smooth in my experience.

Cons

while the customer support team was very helpful and responsive, we unfortunately ran into several issues with the forms that could not be fixed because of how the software itself was built. For example, they added double authentication features that did not work properly for many of our patients and they were not willing to disable or adjust them for us. Another frustrating part was that many of the fields in the forms are not editable which caused problems for both our staff and our patients. It became even more difficult when patients had to complete multiple forms and were forced to re-enter the same personal details like their address, marital status and other information, over and over again.
