Although some glitches may take time to fix, the software functions smoothly considering its extensive capabilities. Additionally, the development team promptly addresses critical glitches that affect daily use of the software.

Pros

I appreciate the softwares ability to perform tasks quickly, such as reassigning tickets with just a few clicks after changing a staff member. The feature for generating specific reports based on detailed categorized and subcategorized data is also helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately, if a mistake is made while working on something, it becomes a permanent entry in the cloud-based system. Although it can be deactivated, there is no button to completely delete and start over.

A good data base and maintenance work program

I appreciate that the system is user-friendly and can be used to manage various types of records and maintenance data.

Cons

The system has limitations regarding the deletion of old files and may encounter errors. It usually runs slower than expected. Also, historical data may be deleted when tenants are no longer present.

Pros

(1) The information is accessible to all departments at any time. (2) Making work orders on a schedule is simple. (3) You can easily modify labor for individual or multiple work orders, or scheduled work orders. (4) The ability to track work orders and view notes and time stamps is helpful. (5) When employees see all work orders completed, they feel a sense of achievement at the end of the day. (6) Being able to put a work order on hold for any reason helps to prevent it from being forgotten. (7) By creating tasks within a work order, everything can be completed and nothing will be overlooked if there is an emergency and the project is halted. The employee can return to the work order and easily see what still needs to be done. (8) Multiple modules are available for different departments to use, and all employees can access the same information.

Cons

(1) It would be helpful to have the ability to export all data we input into WorxHub for other department use. We are unable to generate reports on specific information such as all pets or persons using oxygen. As long as their role permits access to the data, they should be able to view or download the reports. (2) It would be helpful to see residents cell phone numbers on work orders, as most people only have a cell phone. Its time-consuming to have to go to a separate page to find their profile in order to make a call. (3) It would be great if running reports could be made simpler. (4) Its frustrating that the header disappears when scrolling down in the search feature, making it difficult to know which column is which. (5) Unfortunately, were unable to extend column lengths in the search mode to view all details.
