A waste of time

Pros

There are a lot of templates and you can easily edit them and customize according to your preferences

Cons

The software has a very limited billing module. It is not for a specialist practice. There are no add-on features and it is all very basic.

The charts are neat and you can create your own templates too.

Cons

I regret choosing this EHR. The billing is horrible and we do not like the insurance claim feature either. We have to pay extra to get cloud services.

Issues with Macbook connectivity

The software is not compatible with the Apple OS. They migrated to cloud and asked to reinstall but it did not work.

No value for clinics

It costs twice regular EHR software and there is no billing component included. We have been having problems with processing payments and there is no customer support.

I wish it was better

Easy to edit and customize the templates. The software can be integrated with any diagnostic tool.

There are a lot of buttons in this software that do not work. For example the document upload feature does not work even when you click on it multiple times.

It is not a great software company to work with. We are not able to install updates and we have to deal with the technical options.

TrakNet values cash more than customers

Pros

Equipped towards patriarchy, which is good but; but they do not have charging as the only module. The toll taken is usually twice of other EMRs( $ 400 per month for each practitioner).

Cons

The individuals and support are horrendous. They were incapable to work with us amid the widespread indeed in spite of the fact that we had 5 practices and were paying over $2K per month for administrations. They cut us off when we went a couple of months late and wouldnt permit us to sensibly catch up. Terrible people to work with.

Worst EMR Review

I am unable to list any good things about this.

Cons

Their update crashes usually and the customer support does not know the solution for it. I had to hire my own team to solve these issues.

It is not compatible with MacBooks!

Doesnt even work on my laptop!

At first, I could not download it so had an IT specialist do it and it worked finally on my MacBook. However, when they migrated to a cloud-based system, I saw that I had to download another version which I couldnt! And when I asked them for help they told me to contact Apple!!

It is user-friendly and I really like it. I’m currently waiting for someone to set up a demo with me since it has gone cloud-based.

Cons

We only left it because when they shifted to cloud-based the prices went too high, but now the price seems to be back.
