“A waste of time”

Pros

There are a lot of templates and you can easily edit them and customize according to your preferences

Cons

The software has a very limited billing module. It is not for a specialist practice. There are no add-on features and it is all very basic.

“A lot of issues to report”

Pros

The charts are neat and you can create your own templates too.

Cons

I regret choosing this EHR. The billing is horrible and we do not like the insurance claim feature either. We have to pay extra to get cloud services.
