“Gone downhill terribly ”
Pros
Ease of use
Cons
Unified support has become garbage. They have started outsourcing and we have had a problem for 4 months with their software and they barely respond. When they do answer they just say they don't see anything wrong and will escalate. They never escalate it. Nothing ever changes. I cannot use their calendar or check out page without having to reload it every few minutes. They have not once tried to problem solve over the phone with me. “All under one roof”
Pros
Everything I need is here! Customer support is generally good, there are very infrequent glitches, and the software continuously evolves to meet industry needs.
Cons
I did like to see additional features and simplification and improvement to certain existing features. I tried but have never used the billing feature because everything about it is overcomplicated, for example. The calendar and online scheduling could be improved, as could the internal navigation.
