“Easy and intuitive.”
Pros
Learning and mastering the system was the most fun part of WEBeDoctor. Everything is intuitive and I just knew where to go next from a menu without much training. Speaking of training, the fantastic customer service is more than capable of handling teams as huge as ours without breaking a sweat. They are always eager to help which aids me in training new employees easily. The EMR has a lot of options to manage finances efficiently including templates which speeds up my work. I love using it.
Cons
Scheduling is not something they put much effort in, it seems. The module is generally acceptable but there is nothing exceptional about it. I would at least like to see all of the providers schedules on one page so that I can have a better idea. They should add a drag and drop feature so that I can shift a patient from one schedule to another. It takes a lot of unnecessary steps currently. Billing itself is good but the reports I can generate are limited and need improvement.

“Affordable EMR that just works!”
Pros
WEBeDoctor has one of the most all-rounding e-Prescription tools that I have used. I am certain that my data is secure in their servers and that I can keep records as long as I want (in case of claims). They have worked hard to integrate it well with the most common names like Microsoft and Capario so that I don’t have to keep switching between them to complete my work. Sales team was amazing and convinced me that WEBeDoctor was what I needed after a brief demo. I can also get medical coding advice to facilitate seamless connection with the companys Practice Management Suite.
Cons
Their online support is slow and unresponsive at times. I don’t appreciate that I have to call them every time I run into a problem since I know their online reply would take hours or even days (5 at one time). Billing needs more reports or at least an option to easily customize them so that I can add or remove the parts that a certain client needs. This would help me keep a tighter control on the data I disclose.

“WEBeDoctor is built differently!”
Pros
WEBeDoctor is built differently than the competition. I mean, I have used so many EMRs in the past and nothing comes close to WEBe in terms of features and intuitiveness. Their dashboard is fully featured and has everything I need to run my practice alone. I have given my patients access to an excellent portal which they appreciate and it helps them manage a lot on their own without ever reaching out to me. It saves both parties a lot of time. It is an affordable EMR which is ideal for a small practice like mine.
Cons
The only disappointing thing about them is the customer service. They respond with a considerable amount of delay and often don’t have solutions to my problems right away. That being said, they do put in effort to solve the issue and keep my system running almost all the time. I would appreciate it if they improved their response times at least. Other than this, there are some minor UI issues that I have noticed, mainly navigation based. But I guess I have to live with it since it is a cloud based solution which inherently comes with lags.
