Easy and intuitive.

Pros

Learning and mastering the system was the most fun part of WEBeDoctor. Everything is intuitive and I just knew where to go next from a menu without much training. Speaking of training, the fantastic customer service is more than capable of handling teams as huge as ours without breaking a sweat. They are always eager to help which aids me in training new employees easily. The EMR has a lot of options to manage finances efficiently including templates which speeds up my work. I love using it.

Cons

Scheduling is not something they put much effort in, it seems. The module is generally acceptable but there is nothing exceptional about it. I would at least like to see all of the providers schedules on one page so that I can have a better idea. They should add a drag and drop feature so that I can shift a patient from one schedule to another. It takes a lot of unnecessary steps currently. Billing itself is good but the reports I can generate are limited and need improvement.

Affordable EMR that just works!

Pros

WEBeDoctor has one of the most all-rounding e-Prescription tools that I have used. I am certain that my data is secure in their servers and that I can keep records as long as I want (in case of claims). They have worked hard to integrate it well with the most common names like Microsoft and Capario so that I don’t have to keep switching between them to complete my work. Sales team was amazing and convinced me that WEBeDoctor was what I needed after a brief demo. I can also get medical coding advice to facilitate seamless connection with the companys Practice Management Suite.

Cons

Their online support is slow and unresponsive at times. I don’t appreciate that I have to call them every time I run into a problem since I know their online reply would take hours or even days (5 at one time). Billing needs more reports or at least an option to easily customize them so that I can add or remove the parts that a certain client needs. This would help me keep a tighter control on the data I disclose.

WEBeDoctor is built differently!

Pros

WEBeDoctor is built differently than the competition. I mean, I have used so many EMRs in the past and nothing comes close to WEBe in terms of features and intuitiveness. Their dashboard is fully featured and has everything I need to run my practice alone. I have given my patients access to an excellent portal which they appreciate and it helps them manage a lot on their own without ever reaching out to me. It saves both parties a lot of time. It is an affordable EMR which is ideal for a small practice like mine.

Cons

The only disappointing thing about them is the customer service. They respond with a considerable amount of delay and often don’t have solutions to my problems right away. That being said, they do put in effort to solve the issue and keep my system running almost all the time. I would appreciate it if they improved their response times at least. Other than this, there are some minor UI issues that I have noticed, mainly navigation based. But I guess I have to live with it since it is a cloud based solution which inherently comes with lags.

Excellent data management and EHR features.

Pros

I never realized how important software can be for a healthcare service. Wound Expert has amazed me with its excellent features for our nursing facility. We conduct on-site and home based examinations regularly and using this software has made our jobs easier. All the data we require is readily available which makes decision making a breeze. I appreciate how inexpensive it is and that it is focused on wounds specifically. It comes with an entire library of related medical items, billing, and invoicing etc.

Cons

Customer support is not very responsive and I think their working hours differ from mine which is the main issue. Any problem I have during my work hours is left unattended until they come online. There should be a 24/7 team available to at least provide basic tech support. Training program is also a bit complicated. They did provide us with detailed on-site training in the beginning, but nothing after that. Scheduling another face-to-face training for new employees takes a very long time.

WoundExpert has unbelievable accuracy.

Pros

I rely completely on WoundExpert to run my practice. We are a small team of doctors and therapists and really appreciate that most of the tasks are taken care of by our software solution. One of the most advanced (and my favorite) features of WoundExpert is the wound trajectory indicator. It enables us to predict when a particular wound will heal up with an unbelievable level of accuracy. There are many other features that make our practice efficient. Billing is also great and a lot can be easily automated.

Cons

I would really appreciate some pre-built templates for billing and invoicing. Creating my own templates is also not possible. It is not an issue as such but still something I would like to see added in the software. It has a slight learning curve and their training programs are not the best out there. Software support team is sluggish when it comes to training. Once we hired an expert, the rest of our team was trained in house.

Integrates perfectly.

Pros

WoundExpert is a very capable EHR and has integrated extremely well in my practice. The features are flexible, I have been able to bend them as much as I needed to suit my needs. It also does not rely on the system we have since it is completely cloud based and rarely have I seen it struggle in terms of connectivity. It is not just an EHR though, its a complete practice management software and I have been using it to take care of all my bills while providing the best possible healthcare.

Cons

It is great that the cloud connection is very strong and reliable, I just wish there was a separate phone app to complement the package. Accessing through mobile phones while on the go is very convenient for me but the web version is not suitable for the specific phone model I have. They should add some training videos on their website so that I can quickly make a stop there to clear a small hurdle on my own. Other than that, everything is perfect with WoundExpert.

Easy functionality!

Ease of functionality and affordability are two major reasons to opt for this software. It provides with variety of functions as documentation, report analytics and charting etc. Helps to decrease the burden of daily manual tasks.

The team did a wonderful job by allowing personalization of portals for patients chart. Templates are also available for fast delivery. Very intuitive to use which makes it efficient.

Additonal billing options can be added. Slight problem in navigation while scheduling was noticed.
