Ive been using Evernote Teams for a few months now and it has really helped our team collaborate more effectively. Evernote Space allows me to easily share notes, images, and documents with my team members and the task management tools are great for keeping projects on track. Additionally, the search function is really useful for quickly finding what I need.

Cons

My only problem with Evernote is that the software has limited space for free users and you need to upgrade in order to get more. Also, the mobile app could use a few improvements such as increasing the speed of loading notes.

Although the cloud solution has many advantages, some thought should be paid to enabling flexibility for offline use because it is quite difficult to access appropriate functionality while offline. We are unable to sync with other devices while offline, which is really inconvenient. The software is quite expensive, and it is not practical for small businesses to use. The system does not have a Kanban board, which is somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the project and task management functions can be improved.

The software provides limited templates for us to choose from, which makes the new task creation time tedious. Integration of drawings and pictures needs improvement. We cannot make tags for single lines in a notebook; it can be done only for the entire notebook, and this function wastes our time as we need to read the entire manuscript to identify a specific line. The customer support is extremely slow. Whenever we encountered a technical problem, we had to wait for a long time for the technical support team to get back to us.

Evernote is excellent to use on a desktop, but I think the ability to compose notes, create calendars, and create tasks on a mobile device and then share and update them whenever I want is Evernotes strongest feature. Its where I keep info that I might need at some point. The biggest advantage of utilizing Evernote is that all my data is secured with a password for added protection. Even though there are several services and apps similar to Evernote, it’s one of the first to achieve scalability, which is why I like it. It has an easy-to-use design and a plethora of useful features, such as real-time note synchronization.

Cons

It’s great that I can have a personal to-do list attached with the notes, but it needs some improvements. For example, if I check an item upon completion, it is marked with a strikethrough line, whereas I would prefer it to disappear or be moved to the bottom at least. I believe it is currently not at its best. Also, you cannot apply tags to specific text quotes. If the report is extensive, it can only correlate tags with a document, which is inconvenient because I have to navigate the full paper to find the information I need.

I like everything Evernote has to offer. I love the features like the ability to write and update notes from numerous devices with a single account. The most useful features that I found are the ability to add tags, assign tasks, remind others, and offer mobile access, which has made me and my team more productive. In comparison to other similar softwares, the reflection time, or time required to update data on other devices, is practically non-existent. It has a great UI which is so sleek and smooth that I occasionally just roam around doing nothing.

Cons

The only issue I have faced while using Evernote is when two or more people are editing the same document. Evernote actually makes a copy of it and does not update at the same time. It keeps them as separate copies and one might not be updated. The software team should investigate and correct the problem. However, this is a very small issue for us and we can surely work around it.

Easy Projects is no doubt one of the most amazing project management platforms out there!

Pros

Not only did Easy Projects fit all of our requirements, but they are constantly inventing and enhancing the platform, making it better as time passes. Were still in the implementation stages, but Im impressed with how much work, attention to detail, and care theyve put into the process, and I have no doubt the ultimate result will be absolutely great. Their patience with our ever-changing requirements should be lauded in and of itself.

Cons

The save feature was disabled in a recent update. It has become increasingly difficult to export my files and papers via the app. Too many notifications irritate me. They should adjust the default option so that only important notifications are sent to users. Because there are so many notifications, the major updates often go ignored. I have no other issues with the software; I just want them to address these and remove them as soon as possible. And also, I want them to keep improving the software and adding more features to it.

This programs file format cannot be read by other software, and if we need to share the notes with our team, they must also have this application for it to operate.
