“Messaging and reporting work well on the app”

Pros

Using AppWork has made maintenance management much more easier for me especially because it's so user-friendly and gives real-time visibility into everything happening. I can quickly keep up with work orders, message technicians, run reports and check progress from anywhere right on my phone. It has helped our teams work more efficiently and also keeps residents updated on the status of their service requests.

Cons

One thing that can be frustrating with AppWork is that photo uploads to incident reports occasionally run into problems. It doesn't happen all the time but when documentation is needed fast, figuring out image upload issues can take more time than it should.
