Pros:The reporting department along with the billing department is great at what they do and the reason I am still a client.
Cons:They respond very slowly. We have had tickets open for almost two months and have had no resolution yet!
Pros:I like that the administrator can limit and grant access to operations on this EMR.
Cons:They are closing down shop and asking people to shift to a new system which I do not like.
Pros:Each aspect of the software is well written by the developers. A very detail-oriented, fully customized solution is what we have found Greenway EMR to be. Be it reports or templates; all are completely customizable according to our practice needs. I have had an excellent experience with their customer support staff.
Cons:Updates are done frequently which is sometimes overwhelming but we accept the challenge.
Pros:Great experience for someone like me who was not present during the training and the implementation process. Software is simple but not basic like the others I have used. It is an advanced EMR system. Greenway Health has done a good job of hiring the right kind of staff for their customer support team. The system is completely customized for our practice and if I ever face a problem with a certain task, customer support quickly resolves my problem.
Cons:None so far since I haven’t used it much but so far, it’s been working great for us.
Pros:The syntax version of the software was pretty customized itself, however, we had the implementation team tweak it a bit more so that it is completely tailored. It easily handles the needs of our practice given the fact that it is built to cater to medium-size practices such as ours. I am genuinely happy with the customer support of Greenway EMR.
Cons:Even though the coding of the software is intelligent, however, I would like for the basic navigation to be as smart and progressive as well.
Pros:It is an intuitive, efficient and smooth EMR. The software has all the features needed to run a practice. It can be tailored to the needs of the practice which we have the implementation team do before going live. Customer service staff is helpful where we get stuck.
Cons:I would like Greenway to make their EMR more user-friendly, especially for first time EMR users with no background in IT. If they could upgrade the software seamlessly on all the devices that would be a big help.
Pros:What impressed me the most is their customer service. We have been with Greenway for more than a decade and I can’t remember a time when feedbacks were delayed. It is a progressive EMR which incorporates all the needs of our practice. Updates are seamless and customization options are endless.
Cons:Their updates are overwhelming at times, but then again, we are working on our end to keep up with those.
Pros:Greenway is by far the most efficient EMR system out there and we have used plenty before making a jump. They have various means of support and we prefer their user help guide which comes handy most of the time.
Cons:If they could merge the schedule of all the providers on one screen that would make our Front Desk’s life much easier.
Pros:Greenway has a seamless interface for the users which makes it so easy to work with. For the past 2 years that we are with them, we have found it to be the perfect match for us. The customization is advanced and the templates are easy to create.
Cons:Data migration took more time than we thought it would but it all turned out great and we were happy with the customer support we were given during that time.
Pros:We sat through many demos of different EMR vendors before selecting Greenway Health. The software is easy to navigate and is a great fit for the providers as well as my biller. Their PM side has been super effective and easier to understand. Their support staff has been very helpful and the implementation process did not take much time either. One other thing that I like the most is that unlike other EMR vendors, Greenway’s upgrades are so smooth that it doesn’t affect our daily tasks.
Cons:Just a couple but nothing that their capable customer support staff could not handle.
