Excellent support throughout implementation

Pros

I started off using just the recruiting features and they turned out to be super versatile. Then I discovered the HCM and expense modules which are just as impressive. Now, it's our complete HR solution, covering everything we need.

Cons

Their design feels outdated especially on the employee facing pages. It could definitely use a refresh.

Amazing customer support

Pros

Well I needed something lightweight that could handle our specific needs without being complicated. A simple setup and training were key, plus responsive customer support during business hours was a must. This solution checked all those boxes perfectly. The whole implementation and integration process went smoother than expected and I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

Cons

The standard reports can't be edited directly which means I have to clone them first and then make changes. It's not a huge deal but it does add a few extra clicks that could be more streamlined.

I really appreciate how easy and user friendly this tool is to use. It makes everything so much simpler.

Cons

Umm i feel like the payroll and benefits features are limited but everything else works well, so it's not a dealbreaker.
