It's opened up incredible opportunities for employee engagement that we never had before. The customer community has been useful too as we've made valuable connections with other communicators and administrators, and the in-person events they organize have been really worthwhile.

Cons

umm the team I work with changes pretty frequently, which can be disruptive. Coming from the Dynamic platform, there are several features we really miss and wish could be integrated here.
