Payroll features stood out for me

Pros

This software takes care of all my payroll requirements really well. The automated reminder emails for document expiry dates, such as visas, passports and Emirates IDs, have been especially handy in helping me stay compliant.

Cons

Mobile app still needs work!! It would be much better if it included more of the features already offered in the self-service portal, cause using the app currently feels like you're missing out on some functionality.

user-friendly tools

Pros

The interface is quite adaptive and simple to move around in. The unlimited remote support is a huge plus and the support team has been incredible whenever help is needed. Tools like payroll, leave management and employee self-service have taken a lot of hassle out of everyday work. Also, the large library of built-in standard reports saves a significant amount of time.

Cons

The mobile app still feels a bit limited and would be much better if it included more of the features already available in the Employee Self Service portal.
