Easy HR Management but Lengthy Process

Pros

This tool empowers organizations and I find it simplifies the Human Capital Management system. The enrollment process is the easiest and most convenient I have used. Also I can sign off on HR processes easily. It eliminates the need for me to manually calculate or track payroll payments.

Cons

Although it leverages many advantages of online HR management, I find the process too long and support from the team is limited.
