Our experience has been excellent all around. The platform is really adaptive, offers tons of options to adapt it to exactly what you need and the support has been outstanding friendly, approachable and incredibly fast specially from the person assigned to my project. it feels like a 20 out of 10.

Really cant point to anything I dislike. They've been a perfect partner for HR so I don't have any negative feedback to add.

I like how this tool is so how flexible. You can customize almost every section of the evaluations and surveys so it can adapt to the model used by nearly any institution, or at least help you find a workable solution along the way. The service from the assigned team has also been excellent, from the very first contact with the sales representative to the current support.. theyve always responded quickly and kindly.

I still have not explored the objectives-based evaluation feature yet. So far all is ok

The personalized support really stands out for us, the team is always kind and the platform has a very polished and visually appealing design. It's very simple to use and they consistently adapt to what we need. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the option to place model blocks in bulk while keeping their characteristics, instead of having to add them one by one in each model. That would make the setup process even faster.
