“easy-to-use HR management system”
Pros
The design is very user-friendly which made handling HR tasks so much easier and simple. Having all the employee info in one place really helped us stay organized and made everything run smoothly. The self-service portal was a total game-changer and employees could update their own details which saved us a lot of admin work and kept things more accurate. The automation features were also amazing, saving us tons of time on repetitive tasks and cutting down on mistakes.
Cons
Sometimes, I have trouble finding the features I need because the menus are a bit all over the place. The loading times can be really slow especially during busy periods, which gets frustrating when I'm trying to get things done fast. The mobile version definitely needs some work though. It's not nearly as smooth as the desktop version, making it tough to manage tasks when I'm away from my computer.
