“Misleading platform with unreliable results”
Pros
My experience with this tool wasn't great. I gave it a shot hoping it would help with recruiting but it didn't work as promised. At times, the company feels misleading rather than helpful.
Cons
Sometimes the software gives misleading information. I was told accounts were accepted and jobs were published but that wasn't true. Customer service was unhelpful or unreachable, so I had to look elsewhere.

“Simple for job postings”
Pros
Creating job postings, talking to applicants and assigning access to team members was simple which is why we decided to get the premium version. The embedded code feature is an extra bonus I really like.
Cons
Setting up advertising sources can be a little tricky but customer service has been available when I needed help. I just wish there was a mobile app for the program.
