Pros
This tool makes my work much easier compared to Excel sheets and I never have to worry about data being lost. I like that all departments can track their teams without extra effort.
Cons
I see it as a great website for employers but I hope it can also become an application so blue collar workers can use it easily. There are also fewer reporting options than I'd like.
