Mumba Cloud Features
Employee Benefits
All new hires to Mumba are automatically enrolled in The Ambassador Card, a discount program for gift cards, groceries, entertainment, travel, and automotive services from more than 130 brands. Access is granted as soon as someone is added to the platform and turned off when they are deactivated. Employees verify their account on their first use when opening the Benefits tile, and then they browse and redeem as they wish.
Survey, Polls, And Feedback
Provides over 15 question types for creating surveys and short polls, with anonymous and attributed response choices based on the use case. For more in-depth examination, results may be sorted by team, job, site, or shift. In addition to regular feedback collecting, the format allows for engagement pulse checks, eNPS tracking, and psychosocial risk evaluations.
Digital Form And Workflows
A form builder for incident reports, equipment checks, shift handovers, and other organized data capturing requirements, complete with conditional logic to display or hide fields based on replies. Supports file upload, photo capture, and needed fields to ensure submissions are complete. Each contribution generates an immediate email notification, alerting the relevant manager or team straight away.
Training And Assessment
Includes a drag-and-drop quiz builder with over 15 question kinds, conditional logic that changes questions depending on previous answers, timers, retake limitations, and auto-save to ensure that progress is not lost in the middle of the session. Results are sent to a dedicated analytics dashboard, which tracks completion rate, average score, pass rate, and time to completion, allowing administrators access across teams and shifts. It also includes peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition, along with service milestones that stay visible across shifts and sites.
Onboarding
New employees are coached through all they need to do from the start; access is automatically supplied directly from the company's identity supplier. When you first log onto the platform, you will be asked to agree to the policy, and you must complete the necessary training before you can access the rest of it. It also works with personal phones, so you don't need to issue a corporate phone initially. New hires receive relevant articles and rich material such as photographs, videos, and files tailored to their position, group, site, or shift, sent by push, in-app, or email in a single send.
Operations
Mumba Forms converts paper workflows such as an incident report or equipment checklist into a digital workflow. Forms include photo capture, conditional logic, and required fields so that submissions are completed. On submission, the correct party is instantly notified, and all submissions can be exported as PDFs for records/audits.
Analytics And Insights
An Insights Hub monitors post reach rate, acknowledgment completion, engagement health scores, and a breakdown of how workers interact with material on the site. Search analytics identify zero-result searches and indicate content gaps so administrators know what's missing. A secondary compliance dashboard displays per-employee ratings with risk banding, making it easy to see who is slipping behind.
