I really like how this works for our customer-facing staff. It's a perfect mix, simple enough for anyone to use but powerful enough to handle the variety of situations we face. The implementation went so much smoother than other software we've tried and the Workday integration was way easier than expected.
Cons
Sometimes when issues get escalated to their cloud team, the response time isn't great. I've had a few headaches trying to update the system.

Cons
Working with employee data and pay scales took way more time and effort than I expected which ended up slowing down some of our HR processes.
