“Basic yet functional HR program”
Pros
This program is basic yet useful and functional. I can do everything I need, reports, lists, charts and more are all possible. I also like that it works online, giving me instant access to data. We've used the suggestion and survey modules without the performance evaluation system and after about a year, I feel this program provides the best direction for individual and basic use.
Cons
I don't see any negative direction here because the program can be shaped according to the founder companies' vision.
