Pros

This has made our recruitment workflow more efficient with dependable assessments and easy reports that clearly show each candidate's capabilities. It's much easier to evaluate applicants in an objective way and it saves a good amount of time during the initial screening phase.

Cons

At times the assessment process can feel a bit lengthy for candidates. Shortening the test duration or improving the overall assessment flow would make the candidate experience better.

Pros

Brings a lot more structure to hiring and gives a clearer understanding of candidates through assessments instead of depending only on resumes or interviews.

Cons

At first there was no way to customize the tests but with the recent updates, it's now possible to add our own questions or build on the existing assessments.
