Take-home tests, background checks, and e-signatures run within the same hiring steps recruiters already use. It also supports multiple languages, candidate surveys, and flexible pipelines.

Interviews and evaluations run through interview kits, prep materials, scorecards, reminders, and defined role requirements. Hiring teams score candidates against the same criteria, and Voice AI can conduct structured first-round conversations. Reports, offer forecasting, and candidate feedback are available for reviewing hiring decisions.

The software detects fraud and confirms candidate identity using AI-powered matching. Suspicious applications are flagged based on phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, and location, and spam blocklists restrict known sources. Recruiters use this to catch risks early and direct their review time toward candidates who need closer attention.

Once an offer is accepted, Greenhouse manages the transition into employment through structured plans, milestones, tasks, permissions, email flows, and 30-day goals. Responsibilities can be assigned by role, location, and employee status, and new hire information syncs automatically from Greenhouse Recruiting into Greenhouse Onboarding and connected HRIS platforms. Reporting and surveys are available for evaluating how onboarding is going.

Pipeline health, hiring goals, sourcing performance, and diversity funnel metrics can all be reviewed through reports and dashboards. Data exports and BI connectors make it possible to combine recruiting data with information from other business systems.

AI tools support sourcing, interviews, resume review, reporting, and candidate analysis, but hiring decisions still sit with recruiting teams. Notetaker records and transcribes interviews, then maps the notes to scorecard questions.
