The interface is amazing and everything's super accessible even for newcomers who've never touched this kind of software before! This tool really shines when it comes to tracking employee hours and has these great features that seperate productive time from total time worked. You get holiday calendars, HRIS data like personal profiles and reporting structures, shift assignments and a simple leave management system for regular time off or floater days. There's honestly so many more functions packed in here. Would definitely reccommend this for BPOs and KPOs managing large workforces :)

I really appreciate how user friendly this platform is. Having everything from HRMS to CWM under one roof makes my work so much easier! The product covers practically every aspect of HR activities which is incredibly comprehensive. What impressed me most are the automation tools for recruitment as they've made our hiring process significantly effective. Getting a complete 'hire to retirement' solution in one place has been a game changer for workforce planning and compliance management. The data collection and analysis features help me track employee performance, turnover rates, recruiting costs and training expenses effectively. Customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed assistance. I'd definitely recommend this to other HR professionals without hesitation.
