Covers all HR modules effectively

Pros

What I appreciate is that proHR covers everything with six modules, from onboarding and training to performance management, competencies, reviews and reports. It also helps keep the people development budget under control. Implementation was quick in my case, training came from HR consultants and it integrated easily with our ERP system.

Cons

Everything has been working very well for me so far and I see that new features can always be added if I ever have extra requirements.
