Simple and effective

Pros

Makes HR interviews super easy

Pros

Qualifi is simple to use, great for communicating with candidates and makes setting up notifications a simple task. And whenever I needed assistance my rep was quick to respond. Overall it is a powerful tool that has significantly streamlined our processes.

Cons

I feel like it would be great to have the ability to send candidate responses in a digest format for all applicants applying to a specific role.
