“great one
Pros
I found that the software was simple to manage and gave us no trouble at all. If there were bugs in earlier versions, I never noticed any. Payroll processing was especially hassle-free and that says a lot as I usually run into problems with banking and money management tools. This one handled everything really well. It also feels like excellent value for the price we paid. Customer support responds quickly and actually helps, employee management is more efficient and account access and login are simple with no issues there.
Cons
We have not run into a single problem with this program and it is easily the best one we have used.

“top-notch support and flexibility
Pros
The biggest value for me has been the overall functionality, along with the steady software updates that incorporate company-specific requests. Also,the support team has been outstanding overall and consistently top notch.
Cons
From an administrator's side, the initial setup and the sheer number of options can be a bit overwhelming and sometimes get in the way of understanding everything clearly. At the same time, that depth can also be seen as a strength but when it comes to simplicity, it definitely makes certain tasks harder than they should be.
