Pros
Felt like a simple ATS right from the start.. and that's really user-friendly. Setting up users with different permissions works especially well for our branch structure which fits our organization perfectly. The workflow can also be customized to match specific roles and processes and that has been a huge plus for us.
Cons
There's nothing to complain about. We're completely satisfied and really happy that it has become a permanent part of our applicant management process.

“Amazing custom layouts”
Pros
We were able to set up a customized job posting layout and the personnel request process is covered well. The support team has been very good and it's also possible to submit suggestions for improvement.
Cons
It can only be sent to one works council member. The new layout is not really usable yet and the old layout is still better when it comes to handling.

“fast posting across job boards”
Pros
The workflow is quick with it and there are lots of job boards where we can upload and book our ads directly ourselves. The postings also go live on the platforms without much delay.
Cons
Their new version has dropdown fields that work a bit differently.. you click into the text field instead of the arrow which feels confusing at first.
