This feature keeps track of LinkedIn profiles daily for public profile changes. When a profile crosses a risk threshold, an email is sent to the employer. Additionally, a recurring digest summarizes current risk flags across all tracked employees.

The same monitoring engine can be pointed at employees at competitor companies the user selects. TeamPredict suggests competitor companies at signup and lets users choose which roles or departments to watch. When a competitor employee's profile shows high resignation signals, the employee surfaces as a potential hire through the same monitoring process.

Offered as an optional feature, it counts each tracked employee's weekly Slack messages in the channels the employer selects and displays the result per person against that individual's own baseline. A person is flagged by name when their message volume falls at least 30% below their baseline for two consecutive weeks. It doesn't read messages, threads or even reactions; it only records message volume. This feature is only activated after an admin confirms the teams have been informed, and that confirmation is recorded within the system.

TeamPredict matches public reactions and comments on the company's LinkedIn page against the tracked employee roster. The result is a list of employees who engage with recent posts, a count of tracked employees who have not, as well as a list of frequent engagers who do not appear on the roster. Frequent engagers who do not appear on the roster can be suggested as additions, which users can add or dismiss with a single action.
