I appreciate how easy to use it is. It organizes all tasks. The surveys and polls in particular perform really well and make the whole process noticeably easier.
Cons
When I was answering one question several features were disabled so my response wouldn't register properly which was frustrating and disrupted the flow for me.

On top of that I'm a big fan of its interface as it makes sense. It's excellent and doesn't require any changes. Getting everything set up was really convenient for me.
