Game changer!

Pros

Switching from spreadsheet chaos to this comprehensive headcount management system has been a game changer for us. Having real time headcount data at our fingertips has transformed how we approach planning and budgeting. The accuracy of our forecasts has improved dramatically and the time it takes to build them has been cut significantly. Budget owners love the self serve capabilities and it's taken so much pressure off our HR and Finance teams. Being able to track role history is incredibly powerful especially when dealing with complex department transfers and position changes. The flexible approval workflows are another standout feature. Plus the support team has been amazingly responsive to all our requests and needs.

Cons

The interface looks great but scrolling and data loading can be really slow at times. The import/export features are pretty limited too. I'd love to see better dashboarding and reporting capabilities added.
