“Insightful interview analysis”
Pros
Interview analysis is incredibly strong, honestly matching or even outperforming human-led interviews. Being able to understand the reasoning behind each evaluation result is a standout feature I haven't come across in other recruiting or interview platforms. On top of that, the account management side has been excellent, with questions handled quickly and professionally every time.
Cons
One limitation we've noticed is that very senior candidates can be a bit reluctant to use the platform because they may expect human interaction much earlier in the hiring process.

“Smart hiring with AI insights”
Pros
AI-based interview analysis is its outstanding feature and its amazing how well it simplified our full recruitment workflow. It helped us evaluate candidates more objectively with NLP-powered insights so spotting the strongest talent took much less time. The ATS integration worked smoothly and the customizable interview setup tools reduced a lot of manual effort on our side. On top of that, the dashboards were clear and packed with useful data, making candidate rankings easy to understand. Overall, it made our hiring process faster, more efficient and much more driven by data.
Cons
Even though it improved our recruitment process a lot we did run into a few small issues with how the AI interpreted detailed interview answers so we occasionally had to step in and do some extra manual review.

This has saved us a huge amount of time in the recruitment process especially when hiring for roles that attract a large number of applications.
Cons
In our experience the bigger challenge is less about the tool itself and more about how new AI video interviewing is still perceived in the market. Some candidates are hesitant to complete it because there isn't a real person on the other side of the screen.
