the BEST HR and payroll tool

Pros

It's with great pleasure that I share why I find the team at Work Logic essential to my role as an Administrator. They have amazing customer service skills. We were asked to switch to this tool during our survey window in 2012 which wasn't the ideal time but they worked hard to understand our priorities and adjusted timelines to suit us. Their knowledge of labor laws, EDD, FMLA and more has been invaluable, especially when we've had tricky employee situations. They've kept us out of trouble on multiple occasions, protecting our company. Payroll is a priority for them and they work tirelessly to help resolve issues, even if it's due to an employee's error. They're always ready to help with edits and I can even contact them early in the morning on payroll due days. They also stay on top of benefits and have helped us resolve issues with AFLAC, making sure employees don't suffer coverage lapses. That said, I've had some frustrations with their time and attendance system. The software isn't the most user friendly and editing and approving time cards could be faster. The team of this tool is aware of these technical challenges and I trust they're working on improvements.
