Pros
I like that planning and invoicing are combined into one tool which reduces errors. It's a large package with many options and I value how XPS keeps innovating and involves customers in developing new processes. The quick support and hands on assistance are a big plus.
Cons
The biggest downside I noticed is that every company needs different functions, so the package ends up having too many options which makes it hard for me to use its full potential.
