flexible scheduling

Pros

Handling our more complicated, customized scheduling has been really manageable with this because we can customize positions, adjust times and include special notes where needed. On top of that it's very user friendly so both admins and staff can pick it up quickly and use it without much trouble.

Cons

At times the system will freeze up or keep spinning while we're trying to use it. There are also moments when a saved change doesn't show up right away and then if you enter it again it unexpectedly appears twice.

Pros

At Murraywood Swim and Racquet Club we've been using this platform for 8+ years and one of the biggest reasons it works so well for us is that it's available as a smartphone app. Our employees always have their phones nearby so that convenience really helps.

Cons

Honestly nothing comes to mind at this point that we dislike. If anything changes I'd have to come back later and mention it.

excellent support

Pros

Scheduling with this software has been very easy and the platform is simple to work with overall. Getting started was also a positive experience because the customer service team was really helpful. On top of that the introductory pricing was very attractive.

Cons

The downside is the price of adding one basic utility I need, it felt far too expensive. Since I use this for staff that do not generate income, cost matters a lot so that extra charge is a real concern.
