The system evaluates each applicant using a comprehensive set of data points provided by the recruiter and the application. These key data sources include the job description (JD), recruiter notes, the full candidate resume, and any provided personal statements or cover letters. Recruiters can customize the evaluation criteria in order to prioritize the specific factors that are most important for the role being filled.

Deep analysis of the candidates produces a single direct output that clearly displays a Score along with a clear Summary for the recruiter. The summary details how well the candidate fits the job requirements and breaks down performance across multiple key criteria. The specific performance areas displayed include Leadership, Technical Skills, Team Collaboration, Years of Experience, and Relevant Industry Experience.

This feature is a capability for actively exploring the logic used to process and determine candidate data. The interface allows a drag function to explore how ZYTHR infers skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
