If, for any reason, a call needs to be ended without speaking with the patient, the "JOIN SESSION" button becomes deactivated, and a new link must be sent to the patient, causing a minor inconvenience.

Luma provides an additional channel for staying in touch with patients, which goes beyond traditional phone calls. It helps in overcoming the hurdle of patients screening calls and allows them to identify who is calling and the purpose of the call.
