Pros:With Klaviyo, I was able to raise the average lifetime value of my customers by offering a very good email platform. Customizing emails is very intuitive and easy. The open rates were very high with this software. There's an abundance of pre-built great templates that you can use to make great emails very fast. The perfect platform for eCommerce.

Cons:Creating automated campaigns (known as flows) is a bit overwhelming, especially when editing a campaign there are chances you can accidentally delete things and mess the entire campaign up so you need to be careful and plan ahead what you are doing because of this.
