Strong supported legal workflow platform

Pros

Support has been a big highlight for me especially working with James Blake. The guidance has been patient and consistent which made the whole experience better. My team has noticed a huge improvement in how we work now. Even people who aren't very technical can use it without issues. Having everything accessible in one place, along with AI features, makes daily tasks easier. It also connects well with Gmail and DocuSign which helps keep things moving without delays.

Cons

Over time, I've seen it improve but there are moments when it feels a bit slow or a feature doesn't work as expected. The good part is that it usually recovers quickly so it's not a long-term issue.

Legal template and permissions

Pros

There's a lot to like about this platform and I can see how it benefits a legal team like mine. The support team has been easy to work with and responsive to our needs. I've been able to learn how to build templates and set permissions without much trouble. Even though we're still rolling it out, I can already see it becoming part of our regular workflow.

Cons

It doesn't feel like there's anything I strongly dislike. I just see it as a product that's still evolving. Some features could be easier to use but whenever I've asked about something, Lauren has either shown me how it works or passed the idea to the team to improve it.

AI contract risk analysis tool

Pros

The AI features really stand out to me when it comes to reviewing contracts. It doesn't just store them, it actually analyzes agreements and highlights risks, even after they've been signed. I also like how it connects with DocuSign and automatically saves completed agreements which cuts down on manual work.

Cons

One thing that bothered me was how access roles were explained. I didn't realize at first that only collaborators have full visibility of requests. In a fast-moving environment like mine, that kind of limitation makes coordination harder and I wish it had been clearer from the start.
