As an administrator, I like the simplicity of the software for both users and myself. The control dashboards are clean, allowing easy branding and curriculum setup for different groups. This allows smooth enrollment and automatic arrangement of dashboards with relevant courses for specific students. Trigger messages sent upon course completion facilitate tracking of remote users and ensure prompt administrative responses. Our Academy operates globally, 24/7/365, empowering students to work at their own pace. Personally, I find it easy and simple to upload SCORM-compliant courses and set pass/failure benchmarks. Monitoring student progress and understanding Academy usage through the activity log is seamless. The quick setup of the LMS allowed me to swiftly implement coursework, while also accommodating our operational growth over the past year.

I have not come across any significant issues or problems. The customer support team at EZ LCMS has been quick to address all my concerns, provide assistance and value client feedback.
