Pros
Freestone consistently goes above and beyond to address any issues, requests, or inquiries. They always strive to find solutions that work for us and are upfront and honest when something is beyond the scope of their system.
Cons
The only issue I've experienced with Freestone is its integration with ProTech AMS. However, their team is proactive in addressing such issues.
