“flexible CE and event workflows”
Pros
Oasis LMS brings registration, evaluations, credit tracking and reporting together so we no longer have to switch between different systems and spreadsheets. It saves us considerable time and helps keep our records organized and accurate. The platform handles complicated continuing education and event workflows with flexibility, without becoming inconvenient. It covers the details we need while remaining easy for end users. We can set up activities to fit the way our programs operate rather than squeeze our process into a fixed template. That makes managing CEs, evaluations and reporting requirements easier without needing workarounds and cuts admin time and errors while giving us confidence in our documentation. Setup took some planning but was very manageable especially with the excellent help from their team. They were responsive, quick to get things set up and available when we had questions or needed adjustments.
Cons
With so many options, a few tasks can take extra steps when you're getting started. Once everything is configured though, it works well. Backend navigation could be a little simpler.

As with any platform designed for complex continuing education, there is a learning curve especially when getting started with setup. Its many configuration options and flexible features can take time to learn, along with working out the best structure for our programs.
