“Great support and design”
Pros
The customer service is well trained and helpful. Their chat support responds within minutes which gives me so much confidence when issues pop up. The design is refreshingly user-friendly letting me focus on creating content rather than wrestling with complicated organization tools. What really stands out is how clean and natural the interface feels. Students can easily scroll around and always know exactly what they need to do next which keeps them motivated and engaged instead of getting lost or frustrated. Setting up a course gallery for browsing and registration is surprisingly simple and having everything in one place saves me tons of time. I can just point students and parents to the gallery where they can explore courses and learn about what's coming up.
Cons
It has become less budget-friendly for startups as the platform has expanded, though I still think it's a worthwhile investment. Doesnt require a lot of effort to get started. You're somewhat limited in the types of modules you can build. I guess that's the trade-off for having such a clean interface with fewer options. That said, for me embedding videos, text, downloads, uploads and testing features is still really easy. The interface doesn't get in the way of the user experience at all. Having fewer choices actually helps keep courses organized.

“Excellent Design allows for easy creation and learning”
Pros
I first discovered this through Ligonier Connect when they used it for their online courses. As someone who creates online content, I was immediately drawn to how user-friendly and visually appealing it is. The path layout is logical and you know exactly what to do and in what order. Unlike other LMS platforms that make you jump between multiple pages like calendars, schedules and forums, this tool presents everything in a clear, linear path that makes both creating and completing assignments simple.
Cons
The price has definitely gone up since I first started using this and now it's just too expensive for my business. I know there's some kind of scholarship program for schools and nonprofits that might get you a discount, but that's really the main issue keeping me from continuing with it.
